What are the benefits of blue shop towels versus regular paper towels?

Just curious about this since shop towels tend to be a tad more expensive; trying to save where I can. Is there any real benefit to using shop towels, or does it mostly come out to 'branding', like some other products?

Question about blue salt bond shop

So there is an Npc that sells high level gear for lots of blue salt bonds. Will any of these equipment pieces be more worthwhile than simply upgrading Hiram gear? I'm a plate user and wondering if I should save up for any of them

They removed the vendor from Unchained but hes usually in your factions main city next to the buff statue. The delphinad merchant would be there 24/7 and the ayanad merchant only came once a day and only brought 1 item type with him each time.

You know that part of the year when you can buy chromas with blue essence? i always forget to mark when its coming and im really excited for the next one because im hitting 200 chromas if i get lucky with the chromas chosen, can someone please tell me when the shop is coming? i tried to find online but couldnt. I assume its gonna be soon because they always come when i hit 40k blue essence and i already have 46k. Thanks in advance <3

It's frustrating I have nothing to buy for Blue Essence Emporium

With this years BEE back, I took a look at the shop to see if I could buy anything, turns out there was nothing. Sitting at 196k BE, it's frustrating that no new content was released specifically for BEE.
I've unlocked all the skins/emotes/wards/icons available.
At this point, I wish I could buy Hextech Chests for 10k BE each or something.
